Itinerary
First of all, the bride and groom would like to express their gratitude for your company on such a memorable night. It means the world to them to be surrounded by close friends and family!
TRS Hotel in Cap Cana will provide a welcome package upon your arrival with details of excursions and activities to do during the daytime.
TRS also will provide guests with hair, makeup and spa if they choose to purchase.
Set Dates Aside
For guests staying with us at TRS Hotel, rooms are set from 4/18 until 4/22.
Anyone wanting to stay longer than we set aside can, you just need to contact Patricia from TRS and arrange yourselves.

APRIL 18TH: ARRIVAL AND HOTEL CHECK-IN
This date is set aside for arrival of guests and check-in to the hotel.
APRIL 19TH: WELCOME DINNER
Join the bride and groom the day before the ceremony at 6PM for live music, food and drinks at the newly built beach front “Ruggiero Home” situated in Cap Cana just 10 minutes from the wedding venue.
APRIL 20TH: WEDDING CEREMONY & RECEPTION
The Wedding Ceremony and Reception will be from 5PM to 2AM located at Api Beach.
APRIL 21ST: FAREWELL PARTY
Coco Bongo Show & Disco. Second Level of the facility will be sectioned for the wedding guests to enjoy entertainment and performances presented at the world renowned Coco Bongo in Punta Cana.
APRIL 22ND: CHECK OUT DATE
Mr. and Mrs. Ruggiero are so glad you were able to participate in this special occasion!

Hotel Room Accommodations
For your convenience we have reserved rooms for all of our confirmed guests at the TRS Cap Cana Hotel at a discounted rate.
Everyone is expected to pay $200 per night for their room. This cost is much less than normal. This is an all-inclusive Resort, so all Food and Drink is covered.
The room cost can be sent to Gregory by cash, check or venmo prior to the date (Please contact Gregory or Gia to arrange this).
All Proceeds of the Room Reimbursement and any Gifts given will go into an Account that Gia will Administer. Gia is forming a Non-Profit that she will explain in more detail.
Transportation
For Transportation we need to know when you are arriving and when you are leaving. Therefore please text flight information to Gia or Gregory upon purchasing.
Because there is a limited number of Direct Flights most of the Guests should be on the same flight(s).
Upon Arrival Informational Packets and Gifts will either be handed to you or waiting for you in your Room.
